If she was previously doing well with the pottie training but has regressed, I would recommend you take her to a doctor to make sure she doesn't have a urinary tract infection.

Other reasons for regression can be a major change in her life, examples could be a new family member, moving house or starting at a new daycare. As Jamie suggested patience and positive encouragement is generally all that is need in these situations.
