Vanessa, I think that this schedule looks fine. Every baby is different and as long as he eats and sleeps fine and is a happy baby I think you should not change anything. He will give you clues when he is ready for the change. At least you have him on the schedule, which is not the case with my baby ƒº Since you asked about our experiences (Hana is 7 months old but your baby will get there soon too), she eats every four hrs (we start when she wakes up for the day which varies from day to day) and since she is not very good eater and I am so concerned with the nutrition she gets, we start every meal with formula ¡V she eats 2-3 oz, and then we mix another 2-3 oz of formula with rice cereal and fruit ( morning and late afternoon) or veggie¡¦s (around noon). She will have formula before she goes to bed (around 8 or 9) and lately she started having formula around midnight again (we stopped night feeding before but now she seems to be hungry at night again). I hope this helps Take care Mia : 830 or 900 wake up and 6.5 oz bottle : Do we sound normal? (Don't hate me Steve- I know he sleeps well at night!lol) How are we doing on the food front? My daughter doesn't really feed orally so I can hardly compare. Thanks guys.

After reading every book that was suggested on this board I tried putting Hana on that famous schedule but that just does not work with her. Some days are very similar to others (as far as when she eats and when she sleeps) and some are so different. But I have stopped warring about it. She is growing fine, she is all smiles all the time and that is what is important I think.
: Hi, I know I have a 16 month old, but with all her problems it hasn't been a "normal" experience. I am wondering about other 5 month olds, and what their days look like. This is ours:
: 1100 45 minute nap
: 1200 6.5 bottle and 2 oz fruit or veggies
: 230 5 oz bottle nap for 2 hours
: 430 5 or 6 oz bottle and 2 oz fruit or veggies
: 630 1/2 hour nap
: 700 and 930 6 oz bottles
: 1000 bedtime
