My newborn is on breastmilk and has been incredibly fussy today. He seems to have gas and looks like he's going to scream but then passes it. I have been trying to eat benign foods but maybe it's something I ate unknowing it would bother him. Could someone give me the lowdown on what I should and shouldn't eat. Thanks, Sue
