Baby Angel Jacob Lloyd lost his battle with cystic fibrosis tonight after his 5 months on Earth was cut short to go spend time with his Lord and Savior Jesus. Jacob rec'd a double lung transplant @ Shands Childrens in Gainesville, FL on Nov 8th. He is the only child of Daivd and Nikki of Jacksonville, FL. Please pray for this family here at the holidays.
