I'm only TTC, and don't have any children yet, but I would say keep feeding in the middle of the night if one of your main concerns is putting weight on her. 7 months seems like a good time to stop the 3 am feeding, however, it sounds like Hannah would be an exception . . . Hope this helps . . . =)
