That does sound right. My youngest has a lactose intolerance problem and he gets sick from milk as well. He doesn't vomit but does get diahrea. It will pass when he gets it out of his system. All I can suggest right now is to make him as comfortable and secure as you can. I hope he is ok, I know it is a scary thing when you have to watch every food item never knowing if someone may give him something by mistake or if he may pick it up on his own.
