Haven't really adopted any yet! This is our first christmas as a 'family' so I'm pretty excited. My husband and I never put a tree up but we went all out this year- and started early! so I guess you can say we started a tradition. We went out and bought eachother beautifull stockings and my Mum embroidered our names on it - hopefully we'll have more than three hanging in the years to come.
Oh yeah - we did go out and make a tree ornament in the name of Matthews first christmas! Maybe I'll do that every year now - give him a 'ceremonial' christmas ornament every year.
So I guess we have started some traditions..... brings a bit of a mist to my eyes! its weird ever since I've had Matthew I'm so much more sensitive about things, I tend to well up at the slightest thing. He's definitly made me a more compassionate individual, along with the many many more gifts he's given.
Anyway,I'd love to hear about some of your newly adopted traditons ! Merry Christmas.
