: Greetings, : After sleeping in 4-hour clusters (day or night) for days, my 25-day-old son has recently begun breastfeeding every 1½ or 2 hours for 10, 15 or even 30 minutes at a time. After he feeds, it takes us almost an hour to get him to sleep. He sleeps lightly for about an hour and wakes to feed again. This has been going on all night long for the last four nights... We are very very tired and don't know what to do anymore. Some people have suggested switching him to formula to make him sleep better, or having my wife drink a glass of wine before breastfeeding at night. How does this sound? At this point we're pretty restless and desperate and are willing to try anything. Any help? : Thanks. dear bernie
