Poor Matthew. Do you think it itches him? Jacob hasn't had anything like that but I have noticed dryness on his cheeks. Like you said I'm sure it's the weather. I make sure to lube him up after the bath. Did you change lotions maybe? My friend's daughter had excema (sp?) and I think the doctor gave her a cream to put on it. Just a thought.
