17mos won't sleep through the night

Hi there... My ds that is 17 mos won't sleep by himself or through the night anymore... I know that it's been a security issure for him because we just moved into a new place AGAIN... I used to lay down with him until he was asleep and then get up and he would sleep from about 7pm to about 4-6 am and then climb into bed with my dh and I. but since we moved and also he has been having bad ear infections (he's getting toobs soon) he doens't sleep like that anymore.. now it's bedtime around 7ish still and I lay down with him still but now he wakes up screaming in about 3 hours and then won't go back into his own bed again he throws a temper tantrum until we bring him into bed with us... and then he's really restless and usually wakes up every 2 hours until morning... PLEASE HELP
