Lower Abdominal Pain in Pregnancy

Hi. For the last 3 days I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain.

It doesn't hurt all the time. It's not off and on like contractions, it's only when I move - especially when I move my legs. Once I get moving it doesn't hurt, it's just uncomfortable, but when I firt get up I feel like I'm going to cry. It feels like I went to the gym and worked out for a few hours.

I'm 38 weeks pregnant. The baby is active so I don't think there's anything wrong with the baby.

I've read about a separating placenta causing lower abdominal pain, but my placenta is at the top of my uterus. So wouldn't that make a separating placenta cause upper abdominal pain or would it still be lower abdominal pain? I don't think this is what it is since it only hurts when I'm active.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on? Any help would be appreciated.
