its 2.34 am and i cant sleep

HELLO EVERYONE IV HAVE BEEN GETTIN UP EVERY NIGHT FOR A WEEK AND STAYING UP FOR HOURS. ALSO INSTEAD OF THE FLU I THINK I HAVE A SINUS INFECTION. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE HAD THIS WHILE PREGNANT AND GIVEN SOME MEDICINE TO TAKE IF SO WHAT WILL THE DR. TELL YOU TO TAKE. THANKS LISA R.
