: On the sinus infection I only have one "natural" suggestion. I came down with something around my 5th week of pregnancy and I was miserable. I got a small glass of warm water, poured some salt in it, and filled a syringe with it (no needle, obviously). Then you have to flood your nose with it. You shoot it back and it needs to actually reach your sinuses. It's SO not comfortable!!!! However, it really does clean out your sinuses. It's the same thing as buying salene solution and shooting it up there--it's just much cheaper and there are no added ingredients. I checked with my pharmacist, just to be sure, and she said it's a great remedy and it's the same as buying the nose salene.

THANKS TEACHER VERY GOOD SUGGESTIONS. I THINK ILL TRY IT MAYBE THE NOSE TING IM TOO MUCH OF A CHICKEN BUT AT THIS POINT ILL TRY ANYTHING....THANK YOU LISA R
