I am 19 weeks pregnant now. I had the same question when I was about 7 or 8 weeks pregnant and could not find the answer on any website or in any book. I asked my DR. and she said YES. Yes I could use the bed and it was safe. I was surprised since the tanning bed facility said NO. But I think it has to do with being overcautious and carefull about the potential of being sued.
