: Hey everyone! I have a question. At my last 2 appointments, one was at 12 weeks, the other at 16 weeks, I weighted 143 pounds both times. Before I was pregnant I weighted 135 pounds. The other day my grandfather got his scale out, and I got on because I was curious and I only weighted 145 pounds, and i'm now almost 20 weeks. I'm getting a belly on me, and I feel the baby move and stuff, but I figured I would have gained more weight by now. I'm not complaining, just wondering. Does this mean maybe I'll have an easy time after the pregnancy losing it? I heard if you gain more weight early on it's harder to lose afterwards. This may be an old wives tale, I dunno :) What do ya think? Thanks a bunch!
: Asley, I had no morning sickness and heat fairly healthy all the time. I also excersise 6 days a week. I am 27 weeks + 4 days and have gained 17 lbs total so far. At 20 weeks 10 lbs is not so bad. At 22 weeks I had gained 13lbs. So it's not that big of a difference. Plus, you do tend to put on the weight more during the 20-28 weeks period than any other time.
