Fever...... Help please

Hi, i dont know if i'm pregnant yet but i'll know soon, anyway's i pretty sure i am i have every sypmtom and im starting to get a fever and i also have adbomnail cramping, I dont have the flu or anythink like that i feel normal beside the sypmtoms of pregnancy what could this be?
