It's not uncommon for tumors to have body parts in them, such as hair and stuff, but it's also not unheardof for babies to have these same tumors found in them or on them shortly after birth, many are small and easily removed. Some doctors say it's because some of the stem cells started to split but never completely split so when they specialized they grew certain body parts. Same thing can happen in adult tumors too.
I think I might have some pictures I'll have to check, not that any of you would want to see them I'm sure but I think I do have one or two pictures.......lol
Don't ask I'm weird and have tons of stuff on all sorts of things that happen during pregnancy because I want to work in NICU's so I have to know it anyway!
