For the past few days I have had a lot braxton hicks contractions some painfull some just uncomfortable. I have also been having lower back pain and lower abdominal pain, it normally stops when I lay down and intensifies sometimes when I walk I dont know what to expect this is my 1st baby and I dont want to be the "girl who cried wolf". Is this normal? I'm in the beginning of my 30th week. Everyone tells me "you'll know when your having contractions" they says I'll be screaming and carrying on. I dont know what to think?? Anyone else experience this?
