Ann, I suffer from migraines. My doctor told me if I need to I can get Tylenol #3 it is a prescription. Maybe you should ask for that. They say it is safe. Go to www.safefetus.com that gives you a huge list of meds that are safe and that arent. I also found that an ice pack on the back of my neck helps. Good luck and feel better!!
