Lochia, and stitches

Hi, girls. How long did your lochia last? How long before your stitches healed? I had an episiotomy and a tear. It's still pretty sore. I guess what I'm really wondering about is ne-ne. Once my SPD has cleared up enough for me to be comfortable again, I'm wondering when DH and I can nookie again. I miss it and he's been such a good guy. Just wondering.
