I think it is well said when Teacher says that the worst sin is judging someone for using the pill. I myself was on the pill but had to get off because I did ovulate almost every month. I do not know the statistics, but I do know that many fertilized eggs never implant, wether you are on the pill or not. My church does not go for or against the pill as a form of birth control. I go to a nondinominational christian church. As my youth pasture said, people who are protecting themselves are more responsible than those who are not, because they know that they could not yet justify bringing a baby into the world and are taking steps not to do so.
It's a personal decision for each couple wether or not the pill is imoral. As long as they have all the information, we should respect their decisions. I dont know about anyone else but I myself would rather have sexualy active individuals being responsible enough to use a good form of protection than not and having an abortion every time they happen to get pregnant, and trust me there are people who do that I know of a few just in my small town.
