I think you are okay, as long as you aren't bleeding, having headaches, etc... I haven't actually had cramps but have been "crampy" too like whenever I move a certain way it hurts. I wouldn't worry too much, but if you are worrying alot, talk to your doctor, that's what he's there for. :)~
