Should I be worried about this?

I know none of you are doctors, but maybe someone else has experienced this before. I've been experiencing pain in my back and sides, and I've had a constant headache along with it that has lasted for the last 4 days. The headache is so bad I can't see straight and it makes me throw up. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it just part of being pregnant?
