Wow i never knew that could happen without pain, all i can suggest that if your worried see your doctor who will be able to rule it out.
braxtion hicks shouldnt be a constant thing, my always happend when i was relaxed same with my freinds. by the 9 months they often get mistaken for labor as they can get quite painful. hopefully yours will stay painless
