Hi, Sue! How are you guys doing? My little guy is great. He's sleeping right now. He slept 5 hrs. last night. I try to get him up regularly during the day, though. Today he stayed up for more than an hour and we sang "Disney Sing-Along Songs" and read a book. It was great.
I'm feeling okay. A lot of "afterpains" last night. God, did they hurt! I guess my uterus is shrinking back down to size. It's better today, plus I walked for a full 15 minutes today...the longest I've walked since the birth & the SPD diagnosis.
