My 2nd child just turned 7-11 and My husband and i wanna start trying to have another. Will they be to close together?

We have two children now and would like to try one more time for a girl, but is it to soon? Our youngest just turned 1 year a few days ago will having two that close together make it harder on the kids or will it make it easier if they are all closer in age our oldest is 4. But also it seems that it would be nice to be done haveing kids by 21. Please let me know your imput.
