feeling stupid

Hi everyone.
well i am here i just took a pregnancy test i barely had to urinate but i did a tad little bit and the test strip came out but the test came out negitive. now i'm feelin crappy and so sad and so many emotions. i let myself believe something was true and it wasen't. now i dunno if i can do this again next month i don't think i can take this anymore.
