I had the same problem until I passed 13 weeks. I was like you constipated all my life but as soon as I got pregnant, I started having diarrhea. I saw my doctor and he told me that every body is different and that as long as it wasn't more than twice daily, I was ok. Also, drink plenty of fluids because you are losing a lot of water right now. He recomended kiopectate (sp). the same thing you give children when they have diarrhea, it is a 100% safe. If it is really bad and it doesn't clear in 24 hrs, then see the doctor!
