stretch Marks?

These past 2 days, my left breast has broken out with these small purple lines all over the place! I've had the whole blue vein thing since the first week of pregnancy, but now I have these sm,all purple lines. Are these permanent or do they go away after the baby is born? Oh jeez, I hope these things aren't permanent!!!!
