: i had sex for the first time a couple weekends ago. at the end of june. then my july period came early, or what i think was my july period. i started bleeding about 5 days before it usuallly comes. i bled for 4-5 days on and off the whole time. i heard that being nervous can make your period screwed up. the sex was protected. but i know about pre-cum and such things, im worried about being pregnant. what do all of you think? please respond.
First of all..when you say protected did you use a condom? If so the chances are VERY slim you are pregnant. You may have bled a little earlier because it was your first time and a lot of women bleed the first time they have sex. It could have been just an early period though and I'd say that you aren't pregnant. If you are going to have sex you should really consider the pill or another form of Birth Control. Condoms are effective almost all the time but a back up method would be your best bet. I'm sure you're fine! Becareful and realize that if you are ready to have sex you need to be responsible about it. It's no fun to have to worry about getting pregnant every time you have sex so I would suggest going to planned parenthood and get on B/C and they also have free condoms there!
