When I was 19, I had 4 ovarian cysts removed, and also discovered that I have endometriosis. My chances of conceiving and carrying a baby to term were slimmer than most women's, and yet I'm 24 weeks pregnant now with my first baby. It took a lot of different treatments and surgery, but that was because of the endo, not the cysts. You shouldn't have any probelms conceiving due to the cysts. Good luck!
