Thank you so much! That was incredible information. I know that from the time she was in high school she had the mind-numbing cramps. They would hit at any time and keep her from participating in anything. She was miserable. She's been treated for years and I guess she was about 26 when the doctors said it had reached the worst point--either complete hysterectomy or have a baby. I cannot imagine raising a baby on my own, but if I was given the same choice I cannot say which way I would have gone.
Hopefully this "treatment" will help it go into remission or, at the very least, buy her some time. I didn't know that it could lead to hysterectomy so early on a woman's life. Oh well, she is very blessed.
