Most doctors say to continue whatever activity you did before you were pregnant. My cousin continued running a full 2 miles each day all the way into her 9th month. As a matter of fact, I had heard to not lift ANYTHING heavy from several friends. But my doctor told me that anything up to 50lbs. was fine (50 pounds is a lot of weight so I stopped worrying about it).
However, with rollerblading I would be a little nervous just because you could more easily fall--even just from the jitters of worrying about possibly falling. I've read of women saying that even though we don't know if a fall would cause a miscarriage--if you happened to have one you would always wonder if that was why. Anyway, please talk with your doctor about it. He/She will be VERY helpful in deciding what's best for you. Also, as you get bigger (close to your 3rd trimester) you will be shifting weight around and your balance might be a bit off--so consider that as you get much further along.
Again, congrats! We're so happy for you! Welcome to the "big belly" club!
Tight hugs,
~Teacher
