Concerned!!!!!

I just had a bowel movement and when I wiped there
was a small tiny amount of bright red blood. I made sure it was coming from my rectum and not my vagina. It is definately not vaginal discharge. It stopped and was only a little bit. Could I have torn something? Did this happen to anyone else? I am going into my 20th week of pregnancy! What do you think?
