I would sign up immediately, if I were you (even if you're only in week 14). My hospitals positions were already full when I waited until my 7th month to sign up (and my hospital has a TON of classes available). If you sign up early you get whatever time slot available and you can sign up NOW for taking it during your 8th month. We wanted a weekend class (which is either two Saturdays from 10-4 or three Sundays 1-5), but they were completely full so we have to do 5 Tuesday evenings from 7-9 which will be very difficult on us.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know to sign up EARLY so that you have a spot reserved!
We're signing up for:
Childbirthing Classes
Baby Care (lengthy class discussing the first few weeks of baby care, etc.)
Just for Dad's Class
Breastfeeding
And we're considering the Baby CPR class, as well.
They offer so much--we want to take advantage.
