Believe me I agree, from what it sounds like the company just stopped paying the premiums w/o telling any of the employees, I would think that the insurance company would have contacted us and given us the option of COBRA but we didn't receive any notification from anyone, and now that so many months have passed (guess they stopped paying like 3-4 months ago, our coverage was cancelled 2 months ago) I don't know what we can do.

: It sounds pretty dodgy that they cut off your insurance without notifying you. You should look into that further as it doesnt sound right. Sorry for the problem........
