I am 8 weeks and 4 days. I have had some mild cramping but no spotting whatsoever. There is no history of m/c in my family, but I know it is still possible.

I know m/c usually happen during the first trimester... But is it safe to start getting a little more excited because I am entering my 3rd month? Are M/C more common in the early portion of the 1st trimester, the late portion, or common at any time?

This is my first pregnancy so I'm worried about everything. ;-)
