I am 28 weeks and starving most of the time. How can i keep my weight under control and curb my hunger? I know it is easy to put on the weight in the last trimester as babyn is laying down it's fat. I don't want to harm the baby by undereating but I also don't want to gain 20lbs in the last trimester. Help me what do I do? Will my hunger die down soon?
Best sugestion is to eat as aften as u want but only in small amounts. eating lots of fruit and vegtabels are good for u and your baby, try not to eat to much red meats, and snacky foods. But if u eat the right kinds of food u wont gain alot of weight.. Best of luck and happy healthy rest of your pregnancy!!!!
