Anyone worry about baby?

Does anyone else do something, such as roll over a weird way, and then worry they hurt their baby? I worry every time I feel any type of strain around my stomach, such as sitting up, and I keep thinking i'm going to hurt my baby. I'm sure she is fine, but Ic an't help worry. Anyone else experience this?
