Hey girl! I am sorry but I agree with rosie, I was lucky to get pregnant after 5 months trying but most women are not that lucky. It takes time and patience to concieve and if some of the ladies here (who have been trying for 3+ years) were to cry and throw a fit every time their AF came, they would be going mad by now. Also, you said you took a htp, but if you are that worried about being pregnant or that something is wrong (cyst or something), then I would go for a blood test. If you have insurance, stop wondering and go to the doctors - we can't really help you if you don't want to hel yourself.
