does weed make you nonfertile?

My af started on the 7th and ended on the 11th. Sometimes it's abnormal like over 28 days but this time it came when it was suppose to. On the 12th, the day after my period I had sex and he nutted up in me. I heard that you ovulate 11-15 days after the 1st day of your period. If I calculated right I'm ovulating too soon, am I right? I'm pretty sure I'm ovulating because my breasts started hurting yesterday and today I noticed that stretchy shit down there just a little. What's the probability that I could be pregnant? And is it true that if a guy smokes alot of weed it makes him non so fertile?
