How do you feel your cervical position??

today i tried to feel it but its like i cant get my fingers in there enough to feel anything hard. are there any positions or anything to feel your cervix. im only on CD7 so its prolly not high and im O-ing, but hey if I am i did the BD hehehe. anyway TIA!!
