I am so sorry if I offended you! That definitely was not my intention. To be honest, I wasn't even sure if anyone would read the post because by the time I got to it, it was already on page 2 - so I am sure I could've been more tactful! I debated whether or not I should post it at the begining of page 1 when I decided to respond.
I am sure that I cannot understand the devistation that comes along with a miscarriage. However, I just can't see how a constant reminder of it could be good for the mother's mental state. I do not mean to say that I think a mother ever forgets, but to have a physical reminder just doesn't seem right. When I saw this post, I was dumbfounded - I never thought a physician would think this was ethical.
