Spotting and cramps, AF due Friday

I started spotting last week, but only a couple of days and just visible on toilet paper. Yesterday I spotted pretty heavy and had cramping. The cramping and spotting has decided to carry over into today, but AF isn't due until Friday. Today is 10dpo. Is this possibly implantation? (The LIGHT spotting was at 4dpo and 8dpo)
