I dont think it can affect the baby but the hrmones while pregnant can affect the hair dye and make your hair a differnt colour. A few months ago my baby was 7 months old when i descided to get my hair streaked red it never came out cost me £80 and the hairdresser said that i could still have them hormones which affect the hair!
