Good question! I use "mum" as it is what I am used to and most of the time it is hard for me to switch to the American version. But my husband's family is used to the way I spell things and they don't usually give me a hard time. I think his mother once asked why I write "Jason and me" rather than 'Jason and I" - so I explained it to her. But I am absorbing more and more american words and you will hear me saying "that is awsome" instead of my usual "wicked", hehehehehhe! I think the baby will have to learn a mixture of everything and I will make sure she knows why I say things a little different! :) Sally 2
