When you start depends on how long your cycle is, are you a 28 day cycle? Also, your opk box might say something different, so you have to read the instructions that come with your OPK. I personally BD only when I got a surge, then the day after the surge and to be sure the day after that also. I also tested around 2pm and it seemed to give me the most accurate result then.
