TTC need help ... strange pain

I have NEVER had this type of pain before ....
I pulled into the parking garage and got out of the car so they could park my car .... as I stood up I felt this sharp pinching pulling pain right around my belly button ... it radiated out from my belly button .... I walked up to my building trying to keep the pain from doubling me over ... I sat down when I got to my building ... the pain went away .... when I stood up again to go inside it came right back ..... it seems to be gone now.
What in the world was it???? It felt like someone was stabbing me and pulling my stomach muscles out!!! OUCH!!!!!
Today is CD25 ... my last 2 cycles have been 40 days ....

Can anyone help me out?
