Bloody nipple discharge at 23 weeks

My daughter is having bloody discharge from her nipples. This started a few weeks ago and at first it was from one breast. Her GYN said not to worry. She is 23 weeks pregnant now. Has anyone else experienced this and what did your doctor think of this. She is 16 years old, so I know that the likelyhood of cancer is slim. Also this is in both breasts. Any comments please!
