Bleeding 5 days before menstration - Implantation?

I was wondering if anyone had time to write back as I am wondering if I am pregnant or not!

On day 23 of my cycle I had three days of bleeding, they where not heavy but heavy enough to wear protection. Then it stopped, is this implantation bleeding? Since then I have had tender breasts and have had bad heart burn and been extremely tired. I am now experiencing a runny nose and want to take cold meds for it. But I am slightly worried that I may also be felling like this cause I am pregnant then I do not want to take meds.

Please advise me if you think implantation bleeding can occur like that and heart burn this soon after (5 weeks from ovulation) or if I have a cold.
